Responsibilities
- Receiving and answering phone calls and e-mail - Arrange and coordinate car reservations from different countries - Assist and prepare regular scheduled reports - Organize office operations and procedures - Provide general support to customers - Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems - Other responsibilities within the position assigned directly by the Director
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages - PC knowledge, MS Office - Work experience in tourism will be advantage - Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in time - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills
