Responsibilities
- Monitor the hiring, training and scheduling for sales staff - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Able to manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management - Responsible for sales targets by using online marketing channels for client acquisitions - Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns - Formulate Strategy and Planning for Business Development - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience required in sales - Demonstrated leadership and professional sales coaching/development experience - Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) - Creating and implementing a sales plan - Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress - Analyzing sales data
