- Attend workshops, seminars and trainings to enhance job skills and knowledge - Answer incoming calls (provide product and service information to customers) - Place outgoing calls (provide product and service information to customers) - Telemarketing company products and services (sales) - Respond to customer’s emails and social network messages - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Identify and escalate issues to management - Route calls to appropriate resources - Document all call information according to standard operating procedures - Recognize, document and alert the management of trends in customer calls - Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service - Give certain tests and certifications to check knowledge about the company’s products and services - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree - Understanding of micro-finance or banking operations is an advantage - Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community - Detail-oriented, flexible personality - Ability to stay positive in stressful situations - Excellent presentation skills - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
