Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our clients’ customers, while communicating courteously via email, online ticketing system and online chat. Through our in-house training you will be able to help and advise customers regarding products and services offered, whilst investigating and solving any issues that may arise.
Required Qualifications
The successful applicant will have: - A high level of spelling and grammar in Farsi/English - Effective communication skills - Previous experience in a customer service environment - Computer skills (in-depth technical knowledge is not necessary) - Excellent attention to detail - The ability to juggle and prioritise tasks under pressure - The availability to work within a 24-hours shift system (8 hours a day)
