Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and procedures - Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time - Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail - Provide general support to visitors - Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - A minimum of 1 year working experience on a similar position - Intermediate knowledge of Russian and English languages - Knowledge of Armsoft/SAP is a big plus

Our company offers a full range of automotive products and services to corporate and retail customers. The company operates in diagnostics and repair of light and heavy vehicles, sales of lubricants, tires, spare parts, etc. Sales are conducted through Retail, B2B and Wholesale channels.
