Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Provide implementation and support services for Salesforce - Prepare related documentation (e.g. Scope of Work, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.) - Conduct trainings of the product for the clients - Collaborate with both the existing and potential clients (leads), analyze their requirements and make the required suggestions for their needs - Get involved in the lead generation process by actively communicating with the market - Prepare and make presentations of the product for the Leads - Always follow the news in the sphere and make suggestions for the Product - Conduct trainings of the product for the colleagues - Get involved in the software development cycle - Work actively with Product Managers and developers towards improvement of the product
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years business analyst experience in IT - MS in Economics or a Business Management related field; MBA/MS is an advantage - Near-native knowledge of written and spoken English language, including Business English - Understanding of business processes in different industries - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Excellent writing skills - Customer service orientation - Basic knowledge of accounting principles
