Responsibilities
- Render customer service, provide relevant consultation on services rendered by the Bank - Identify clients' needs, attract new clients - Implement sales/ cross-sales of services rendered by the Bank - Implement functions related to providing loans, attracting deposits, opening and servicing of bank accounts, payment cards, safe boxes (personal deposit boxes), remote systems - Implement functions of state authority service offices and insurance agent - Provide clients with references, statements, payment documentation and copies of them, as well as other documents defined by internal legal acts of the Bank, related to their accounts - Implement other operation as instructed by the immediate supervisor and/ or defined by internal legal acts of the Bank
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Economics or Finance - 1-2 years of work experience in the sphere of lending - Knowledge of RA banking legislation - Good knowledge of computer (MS Office) - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Communication and negotiation skills - Sales skills - Analytical skills - Willingness to work in a team - Ability to work in different situations and fast orientation
