Responsibilities
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via email, chat and phone - Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support. - Closely following the procedures for inputting data in the RMA system - Monitoring negative customer reviews and working on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction - Providing customized solutions and recommendations - Identifying issues that occur on a repeated basis and providing feedback to management
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional and flawless spoken and written English - Knowledge of Russian and/or French languages is a big plus - Strong organizational and planning skills - Keen interest in providing great customer service - Attention to details - Experience working with GSuit and Microsoft office - Previous experience in customer care will be considered an advantage
