Your main responsibilities will be: - Provide timely and detailed answers to customers' inquiries via phone, e-mail, chat, social media channels or in-person - Resolve customers' problems or technical issues that may arise - Document the inquiries and pass them to respective departments
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in customer support - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian both oral and written - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under stress - Flexibility, problem solving skills - Fast learner
