- Greet customers and provide them with administrative support - Respond to chat and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Providing assistance and information to customers, answering their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies - Translating texts and emails from Armenian-English and vice versa
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English writing skills - Bachelor’s degree in related fields - Well-organized and flexible - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
