- Develop clear and well-structured analysis plans - Lead the design and development of the analytical studies - Write, modify and debug R programs - Facilitate R based code and solution operationalization - Provide statistical, R programming expertise - Clean and analyze survey data using R; work in a team to manage data collection; conduct descriptive analysis, and create custom, reproducible reports - Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field; PhD degree is preferred - At least 2 years of experience in data analysis - Excellent R programming skills - Experience with statistical inference and regression analysis - Knowledge of English language Preferred qualifications: - Experience in advanced regression analysis, mixed-effect modelling, non-linear modelling, survival analysis, and Bayesian statistics - Experience with large administrative databases such as health care claims survey or personnel data - Experience with traditional supervised machine learning algorithms - Excellent knowledge of English language - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
