- Develop, lead and execute strategies and policies - Train and supervise the work of other members of staff - Produce reports and statistics using computer software, google sheets - Compile, prepare and submit weekly/monthly and annual reports - Provide business customers and private entrepreneurs with the organization’s service and product information - Research, identify and resolve customer complaints in coherence with the company’s standards - Meet with customer company representatives - Analyze business and legal customer’s needs, come-up with offers - Keep track of customers using/quitting our services - Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality - Monitor and ensure 100% accuracy of financial transactions made by purchasing department - Resolve problems related to all the possible aspects of purchasing - Develop and maintain internal order control system
Required Qualifications
- A knack for negotiation and networking - Interest in market dynamics along with business sense - Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management - Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures - Solid judgment along with decision-making skills - Leadership capabilities - Exceptional communication skills - Proficiency in the English and Russian languages - BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
