Responsibilities
- Perform registration of the incoming and outgoing documents, receive and reply to the emails - Answer all incoming local calls of the office, understand the purpose of the call and connect the relevant specialist - According to the adopted procedure register all incoming and outgoing documents in proper logs and / or separate folders on the computer - Perform tickets, event halls and hotels booking - Carry out new staff members and guests’ reception and hospitality - Make a list of necessary stationery in the workplace - Make business cards and badges orders - Assist in the organization of conferences, meetings and other similar events, in advance having been informed about the purpose, subject and issues, clarify the range of issues to be discussed, prepare necessary documents and technical resources, stationery, and etc - Assist in the organization of all the discussions and meetings invited by the director - Assist HR and communication teams in organizing events - Implement translation of different documents and texts - According to existing law and regulations take responsibilities which reasonably may be required from time to time
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Minimum one year work experience in a related field - Fluency in English and Armenian languages, both verbal and written, good knowledge of Russian - Computer skills, such as: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Communication skills - Oral presentation skills - Time management skills - Technical Skills: experience with office equipment - Planning and organization skills
