Responsibilities
- Provide high level customer care and sales service - Recognize customers’ needs and wants: establishing trustworthy relationship with customers - Recommend and display items that identifying customers' needs - Maintain good knowledge of offered products - Provide accurate information: describing product features and benefits - Maintain MINISO standard store conditions and visual merchandising polices
Required Qualifications
- Higher education (students will be considered) - Working experience in retail sales - Understanding of sales principles,customer care and service practices - Engagement in day to day store operations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Extremely detail oriented personality - Positive attitude and proactivity - Team player
