- Actively attract new prospects in the specific target markets and expand existing customer database - Create unique selling proposition (USP) - Present and sale offered services as well as care products of the studio - Conduct analysis of sales forecasting and customer performance - Form a sales plan on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis - Make a sales report on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Required Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in customer service and/ or beauty industry - Knowledge of effective sales techniques and ability to reach the objectives through the well-organized planning - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Good written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language will be a plus - Knowledge of MS Office and CRM System - Friendly and attentive attitude towards the clients
