- Installing and configuring new technology to be used by the company, such as hardware, operative systems, and programs or applications - Setting up profiles, emails, and issuing access passes for new employees and assisting in all password-related issues - Giving regular maintenance to existing hardware and computer systems - Providing assistance to company staff or clients with technology-related issues - Troubleshooting systems and applications - Replacing damaged or malfunctioning parts on hardware when necessary - Writing reports on the status of all hardware and software in the company - Configure LAN and WAN routers and all related equipment when new systems needed - May require some evening maintenance work or added hours
Required Qualifications
- Having a working knowledge of common information technologies and systems - Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards - Troubleshooting common IT problems - Participation in relevant educational opportunities such as live classes and webinars, read professional publications, network with other professionals and maintain active memberships in professional organizations
