- Responsible for timely procurement of office supplies and services to ensure smooth operation of the Company office - Keep office equipment in order to ensure smooth operation of the Company office (IT and all other equipment) - Responsible for the payment of Company utility bills - Responsible for coordination and supervision of office space cleaning - Responsible for keeping office using rules and procedures - Responsible for organization of document delivery to Company partner organisations - Perform other job-related task assigned by the Company management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 3 years of work experience in similar positions - Fluent knowledge of Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages is an asset - Perfect organizational skills - Communication and presentation skills - Negotiation skills

Avenue Consulting Group is looking for an Office Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Company office, including but not limited to office supply of goods and services necessary for smooth implementation of Company operations, ensuring working order of office equipment, timely payment of office costs (gas, electricity, water, communication, etc.), keeping working procedures in respect to office management and use of general spaces.
