- Identify, interview, and place highly-qualified professionals in new career opportunities - Leverage creative networking strategies to recruit and engage top technical talent - Source for candidates using referral networks, job boards, social and professional networks - Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, professional strengths, and career goals - Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process - Negotiate offer details, compensation, and benefits to attract and close candidates into positions - Develop job descriptions and determine key requirements - Provide prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle - Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews - Proactively build and cultivate a strong pipeline of IT and digital talent - Represent Brainstorm Technologies at various recruitment events including job fairs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience - Experience with an automated recruitment database and expert in using LinkedIn Recruiter. Preferable LinkedIn Certified Professional - Good English, well spoken and written - Possess a high level of enthusiasm, integrity, and attention to details - Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Developed analytical thinking, prioritizing and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment - Excellent time management skills - Strong negotiation skills
