Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customers' requests and customer service inquiries - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers - Generating sales leads that develop into new customers (on demand)
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in similar position - Excellent written and verbal skills (Russian, English) - Experience of customer support in a contact centre environment - Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer facing skills - Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks - Display motivation, dependability, punctuality, and organization skills - To be computer-literate and able to use software/tools with minimal supervision - Knowledge of other languages will be consider as privilege ( Turkish langauge is preferable)
