Responsibilities
- Communicate with people by answering telephone calls to provide information - Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines presented by company - Accomplish monthly target related results as required - Responsible for computer equipment and office etiquette environment - Update job knowledge by attending training sessions and participating in educational opportunities

- Fluent English, Verbal Communication - Telephone Skills, Listening Ability, Data Entry Skills, People Skills - Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professional - Professional telephone manner - Capacity to work under time pressure - Ability to achieve target goal and strict deadlines in an effective manner - Analytical and strategic thinking - Ability to set priorities and quick decision-maker in complex cases - Commutator in using software systems
