- Ensure project administrative processes - Maintain documentation workflow with the Foundation's partner organizations - Maintain administrative daily filing - Prepare treaties and agreements - Ensure and control the internal circulation of documents - Manage financial flow and prepare reports - Organize the documentation of human resources, procurement and implement small-scale transactions - Responsible for registration and documentation of Foundation's property, fuel, etc. - Perform other administrative functions assigned by the Foundation's Executive Director
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field; master's degree in Business Administration, Law or Economics is preferred - At least 5 years of work experience in social projects, out of which at least 2 years of administrative experience - Experience of work in international organizations is desirable - Excellent ability to work in a team - Ability to quickly orient and make decisions in emergencies - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is an asset - Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills
