- Work with NOC team to provide/coordinate 24x7 operational support - Build and maintain procedures and policies related to operations, manage KPIs - Manage customer facing and communication functions. Ensure that the Technical Support team provides high quality customer service - Manage reporting to customer (based on the KPIs, procedures and policies) - Manage the relationship with the 3rd party service providers - Work with the DevOps team to build/use automation tools - Conduct System Outage and Root Cause Analysis and reporting, implement corrections - Maintain operations related to Incident/Change/Capacity/Performance Management - Produce dashboards and metrics to measure whole platform operations efficiency and put right alerting and notification - Create/Design/Update platform documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least 5-years of enterprise experience in IT field, with experience as a tech support lead in either Networking or Server Administration - Strong background in IT service delivery with a proven track record of ability to meet business requirements - Proven background in developing operational support processes including whole documentation preparation - Experience in implementing technology lifecycles and refresh processes - Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with a broad base of technical and non-technical teams including multiple management layers - Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills - Strong customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills - Agile or SCRUM background or experience - Demonstrated knowledge in the implementation and best practices approach of ITIL - Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken - Technical certifications in related fields are a plus

VOLO is looking for experienced result-oriented professional to fulfill the position of Project Operations Coordinator working for international client in a lean-agile environment for enterprise-focused team. The Project Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing DevOps lifecycle, production support, security controls, and operations for the cloud environment. He/She will be responsible for whole Operations function including Operation support aspects (L1, L2, L3, incident, change, problem, configuration, capacity, performance and service delivery management process). The role is to understand the client's platform demands and to ensure that all the client's requirements are satisfied.
