- Design and direct a company-wide processes and guidelines that align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company and address issues such as superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management - Create a feedback system and coach employees in their communication through company meetings, employee satisfaction surveys, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, etc. - Implement a recruiting process, including creating a talent pool and applicant tracking system - Monitor company’s culture within the company, and apply its branding to the company website - Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs, including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, english classes, new software development techniques, etc. - With the assistance of the CFO, obtain cost-effective and employee-serving benefits. Lead the development of benefit orientations and recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention - Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in human resources - Organizationally savvy in leading and sustaining change, and using tools and metrics to measure success - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Solid knowledge of Labor Code of RA - Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
