- Manage records, as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist the Director with administrative tasks - Answer phone calls and make appointments - Carry out Internet searches and answer email inquiries - Make oral and written translations from/ into Armenian, English and Russian languages - Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the Director
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Previous work experience in a similar position is a plus - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent knowledge of MS Office package - High sense of responsibility, accuracy, integrity and commitment - Strong interpersonal and team working skills
