Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug portals using .NET and ADX Studio for external user access to Microsoft CRM components to support project needs - Serve as technical expert on portal development projects - Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design - Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements - Support, maintain, and document portal functionality - Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise code as needed - In conjunction with the Business Analyst, participate in design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements - Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug portals to meet needs - Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment - May consult with external consultants to meet project deadlines and to diagnose issues affecting the Company’s business applications
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Computer Science or an applicable technical focus - 2+ years’ development experience - Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - ADX Studio experience is highly desirable - C#/ASP.NET experience is highly desirable - Ecommerce experience is highly desirable - Experience in developing CRM applications is a plus - Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

This position uses technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and related technologies (ADX Studio and .NET) to build and deliver portal solutions related to CRM.
