- Present and sell company products (including distribution of products) and services to current and potential clients - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made - Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity - Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned - Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts - Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge - Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships - Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up - Identify and resolve client concerns - Prepare various status reports - Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff - Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock - Follow-up for collection of payments - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services - Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or other related field is required - Three years of sales or marketing experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Ability to develop and deliver presentations - Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Trade Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions, managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Kaliman Caribe Ltd. has been established in 1995 as an exclusive distributor of the prestigious brands of handmade Habanos cigars in Bulgaria. The company is an exclusive representative of La Casa del Habano, licensed by Habanos s.a. It is developing its own brand of specialized stores for tobacco products – cigars, cigarillos and tobacco – Premium Cigars&Tobacco. "Kaliman Caribe" Ltd. is the exclusive importer and distributor of Habanos s.a in Armenia and Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia. Work requires willingness to work in a flexible schedule and significant local travel to current and potential clients (occasional overnight travel). This requires the possession of a valid state driving license within 60 days of employment.
