- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs - Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals - Write and post job descriptions - Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates - Source potential candidates on corresponding platforms, such as LinkedIn and Github - Perform calls with applicants for pre-screening analyzes - Conduct Interviews with candidates - Onboard new hires
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter is desirable - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation - University degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field
