- Manage customer inquiries for services answering calls and with messaging - Identifying customer needs and helping customers use the service - Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Proven and successful customer care and relationship building - Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Good written and verbal skills (Armenian, Russian, English) - Excellent researching skills - Proven experience in any kind of Customer Service - Flexibility as you’ll get a wide range of different inquiries, arrange them, collect relevant information and make an orders - Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and online communication tools - Willingness and motivation to work in IT company
