- Manage the team of employees assigned: organize, motivate and follow up staff performance - Regularly monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate staff individual and team KPIs - Suggest and implement improvement plans - Ensure procedures, quality standards and targets set by the Company are met by the staff during daily operation - Assist, train and coach agents, create good working atmosphere and help them to develop necessary skills for serving customers and dealing with systems - Deal with customer complaints and difficult customer situations - Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the direct manager
Required Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Exact Sciences - Experience in a similar managerial position - Strong sales and customer care acumen - Excellent PC and MS Office skills; strong Excel skills; knowledge of AS Bank is a plus - Basic knowledge on consumer banking products and regulations, consumer rights, and consumer and data protection - Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages - Managerial, team building, and conflict resolution skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Self-motivated, self-controlled and hard-working person - Attention to detail and accuracy
