- Develop and implement A-Z recruitment strategy for each technical position - Set-up selection requirements considering the Companies’ culture, plans, and objectives - Prepare catchy job postings and announcements - Attract potential applicants by placing vacancy advertisements in targeted sources - Plan, organize and implement selection processes (from CV screening till background checking) - Network with potential qualified technical candidates for current and future openings by participating in different events, seminars, etc. - Cooperate with university career centers - Update CV Data-Base
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical staff recruitment and selection - Well developed analytical thinking, prioritizing and organizational skills - Hands-on leader with business thinking and problem-solving mindset - Cognitive flexibility, meaning is able to quickly switch from one task to the other - Keen on human capital consulting business - Strong people skills - Able to make decisions - Good negotiator - Willing to go the extra mile - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
