- Represent Globbing brand and deliver the best possible support experience to customers - Handle customer inquiries either face to face or via live chat, Skype, email, telephone, providing them with product and service information, managing and resolving customer complaints - Update job knowledge, research and study new product or service descriptions - Participate in educational opportunities - Connect customers through a range of channels to check satisfaction and obtain feedback on the service/product received - Document all call information according to the required operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Significant phone, e-mail, and chat communication skills - Eagerness to meet customer expectations and inquiries - Absolute passion for ensuring a world-class customer experience with every contact - Customer focus, attention to details, multi-tasking - Time management skills - Adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment and receptive to feedbacks - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - Fluent in English and Armenian, knowledge of European languages will be an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft office package - Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
