- Implements and develops human resources department strategies in line with company policies. - Make all necessary entries in the database and ArmSoft accurately - Maintain human resources department records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications - Develops methods to improve HR policies and procedures, job Descriptions in compliance with RA Legislation - Implement training and development plans - Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates - Foster long-term relationships with candidates - Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met - Create detailed job descriptions - Follow up with candidates - Cultivate training and development programs
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field - Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process - Familiarity with full cycle recruiting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting - Ability to build strong relationships - Self-confidence and self-starter - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good problem-solving abilities - Team management skills
