Responsibilities
- Communicate to employee’s company’s polices in relation to business trips - Follow up that business trips are paid on time by accounting - Follow up that business trip reports are provided on time - Follow up that business trip reports are dully filled and all approvals are in place - Follow up that final compensation of due- amounts are properly done - Perform other related duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education in economics or mathematics - Previous work experience in a position including calculations will be considered as advantage - Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) - Knowledge of English language, both spoken and written - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Attention to details and accuracy - Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

The T&A (Travel and Entertainment) Expense Administrator will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The incumbent will be reporting to the Finance Manager (Armenia). This is a fantastic opportunity for newly graduates seeking a good experience. The contract is for 6 months, with possible extension to permanent position.
