Responsibilities
- Provide acceptance and registration of applications for purchase received from divisions - Make a price request and inform the customer - Pass the transferable accounts to Finance and Economy Department - Receive and check the tax accounts from Finance and Economy Department - Compile the annual list of necessary goods for the Company, make reports concerning the procurement - Perform other job-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Law or Economics - At least 1 year of work experience in the field of procurement process implementation and control - Knowledge of procurement related legislation - Good knowledge of MS Office - Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian language; knowledge of English language is desirable - High sense of responsibility - The qualification of Procurement Coordinator is desirable. In case of the absence of the mentioned qualification, the selected candidate must receive it during the probation period
