Responsibilities
- To install operating systems and programs in PCs - To carry out ordinary maintenance and updates - To provide IT support and consultancy, to carry out formatting - To solve physical and programming issues of PCs - To create, maintain, modify and improve the network of the company - To guarantee the presence of antiviruses in PCs and the network, to guarantee their work and updates - To download videos from FTP servers, to follow the news service e-mail, to download received videos and to install them in the service server
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in IT or relative field - At least 2 years of relative work experience - Wide knowledge in IT field - Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills - Analytical skills - Team-working ability - Ability to work under stress and in brief terms - Knowledge of networks - Ability to work with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 operating systems - Skills of identifying issues concerning systems and programs - Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good knowledge of English and Russian languages
