Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from customers solving problems and providing outstanding customer support continuously - Provide assistance and information to customers, answer their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff - Answer calls, enter client information into the database, verify information and maintain the database - Maintain the quality of support by adhering to standards and guidelines for answering customer inquiries, recommend improved procedures - Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of English - Outstanding customer service skills with customer focus - Ability to analyze information and come up with solutions - Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills - Ability to stay calm under pressure - High attention to details

US-based Commonwealth Casualty Company (https://www.commonwealthcasualty.com/) is planning to open a customer service center in Yerevan and looking for customer service specialists with the strong knowledge of English language. - Working hours will be from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am (according to US time zone) - Transportation for night time will be provided
