Responsibilities
- Promote the Bank’s products inside and outside the branch, develop and manage on daily basis the Bank’s retail business - Perform all non-cash transactions and sustain relationship with clients based on the full understanding of their business and banking needs - Ensure proper customer service to the clients - Control End of day reports as required - Handle administrative tasks relate to daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in economics, finance, and management - At least one year of banking experience - Fluency in Armenian and English language, including verbal and written communication skills - Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel - Knowledge of AS-Bank is a plus - Ability to work as part of a team - Have analytical problem solving skills - Have a positive and professional attitude - Ambitious for career growth
