Responsibilities
- Ensure the level 2 (on-site) proper technical support of Fix and VoIP customers - Ensure proper configuration of network elements, such a wireless devices, switches, basic routers maintenance process - Continuously analyze monitoring results and propose appropriate preliminary actions to ensure network systems reliability and optimal usage of resources - Provide the planning and maintaining of backup/restore - Make the schedule of the network devices configuration backup and ensure its proper functioning - Plan the restoration procedure and periodically check it - Develop network elements integrations documentation - Update and summarize the changes of network systems in the documentation - Provide security against the violation of operational and network systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field - 3 years of work experience as Network Engineer or System Administrator - Good knowledge of network architectures, systems (LAN, WAN) - Basic Knowledge of Layer 2 device configuration - Basic Knowledge of Windows and UNIX systems - Knowledge of wireless devices and its installation -Knowledge of IP network elements and topology - Knowledge of English and Russian languages - Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines - Effective communication, planning and reporting skills - Adaptability/flexibility - Problem-solving skills

FMC On-Site Support Engineer is responsible for the 2-nd level technical support of fix broadband customers, installation and configuration of the active equipment for new and existing customers, installation, configuration and maintenance of VoIP end-user devices, installation and configuration of wireless P2P and P2MP devices, as well as BPL.
