- Obtain client information by answering incoming calls/ email/ chat and providing general information - Fix customer problems at first contact - Satisfy the customer by finding an appropriate and reliable solution to his/ her demand - Apply customer loyalty during the conversation, prioritizing customer's needs and requests - Make outbound calls as assigned and perform other job-retated duties assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - At least 1 year of relevant work experience - Service-oriented person; excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to speak clearly and succinctly to provide effective customer service - Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently - Good attention to details - Proven ability to solve problems and decision making skills - Spelling, grammar and email etiquette - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian language, good written and spoken knowledge of English and Russian languages
