- Lead/ supervise the customer service team - Direct the daily operations of the customer service team - Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the department - Cooperate with the Company's management team to implement growth strategies and improve customer service - Develop, implement and improve customer service policies and procedures - Handle complex and escalated customer service issues - Review customers' complaints - Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs - Prepare reports about the level of customer service in the Company - Ensure the necessary resources and tools for high level customer service delivery - Train the staff to deliver a high standard of customer service - Perform other duties related to the position
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration/ Management, Finance or in a related field - At least 4 years of related work experience; at least 2 years' experience in banking or in a related financial institutions; 1 year of management experience - Strong knowledge of working principles of financial institutions - Strong knowledge of working principles and practices in customer service - Sound knowledge of business planning and management - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and client-facing skills - Solid organizational and management skills - A "can-do" attitude, with strong problem solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands - Ability to think analytically and strategically and conceptualize innovative solutions - Ability to work in team settings and perform well under pressure - Multi-tasking skills; ability to meet targets and deadlines - Computer literacy, especially proficiency of MS Office - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
