Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of strategic business plans to expand the Company's customer base - Research and build relationships with new customers and potential partners - Increase market share to meet sales targets and make professional presentations to potential customers - Provide support to organize sales and carry on negotiations - Advise customers on vehicle specification and new developments - Draft and send price proposals to the customers - Develop and maintain an expert technical knowledge of automotive industry - Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with the customer, dealer principal, sales team and work colleagues - Implement external relationship - Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a strategy with the sales team - Ensure Company's strong presence in the market - Perform sales of vehicles at the store - Present Company brand line to potential clients, businesses and individuals - Expand store traffic and optimize profitability - Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service, as well as manage customer complaints and grievances - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
Required Qualifications
- Higher education; in Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred - Experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager or a Salesperson, consistently meeting or exceeding targets or proven successful experience as a Retail Manager will be an advantage - Strong analytical skills - Effective communicator and problem-solver - Energetic person possessing excellent communication and sales skills - Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames - Good team player - Proven team management ability - Leadership skills - Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality - Availability of a valid driving license - Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Customer management skills - Strong organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
