- Participate in recruitment process - Prepare and post job announcements - Meet applicants and conduct introductory interviews - Coordinate Company and University relationship - Coordinate the internship process - Organize/Participate in job fairs - Perform employee related HR administrative daily tasks - Prepare Employment Agreements and other documents - Fill and maintain employee’s database - Prepare and organize presentations and introducing EGS in different meetups, seminars, etc. - Be active user of LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media - Translate documentations, if needed - Report to the Management
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Minimum 1 year of work experience in Human Resources Administration and Recruitment (highly preferred in IT company) - Excellent knowledge of English - Knowledge of French is an asset - Good knowledge of Armenian labor legislation - Excellent knowledge of MS office tools - Analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere - Willingness to participate in different IT events - Team player
